R5-00 p/km on all shoots travelling more than 20km. May change without notice. Toll fees applicable in/to certain areas will be charged in Client's account.

All photos stay the property of the photographer. All photos can be used for advertising if and when it suits the photographer. Including usage for portfolio, website, facebook and any other media the photographer deem necessary, including competitions the photographer wishes to enter.

NO photos will be printed UNLESS quoted for in writing on the request of the client and FULL payment has been received (Requested prints are non refundable).

ALL photoshoots are to be paid in FULL before shoot commences. This will reflect on your Contract/Quote. Client adheres to T's & C's once client accepts and pays quote.

All photos will be delivered/collected on a USB supplied by the photographer (Approx. 30 working days after the shoot - Keep in mind that the photographer still has full copyright on ALL images and client may not use any image to distribute outside personal usage without prior written consent of the photographer and the photographer is given credit for work done - Logo on all photos).

ALL photos included in price quoted, will NOT be edited/modified, unless otherwise stipulated and agreed upon in writing and quoted separately. Should the client request edited photos, it will be charged extra as per quote. This will be quoted as such and be paid in full with quote.

NO studio photos will be taken (we only work outside/locations).
